It’s A White County Christmas – Week 2 events

It’s a White County Christmas kicks off the second weekend with the Carmi White County High School Drama Department presenting Peter Pan at 7:30 pm on November 18 and 19 and at 2:30 pm on November 20.

The White County Senior Citizens Center will hold a soup luncheon, at a cost of $10 per person, on November 19 from 11 am – 1pm at their facility.

On November 18-19 the Holiday Shopping Stroll will commence. Visit these individual Chamber members to take advantage of specials:

The Courtyard- Hours will be 10am – 7pm November 18 and 10am -4pm November 19. Specials include buy 3 ornaments get the 4th free, all Christmas décor (excluding Willow Tree) 10% off, all Christmas clothing 10% off and the Yankee Christmas Scent of The Month 25% off. A drawing with purchase for $40 Gift Certificate will also be held.

As we look ahead, entries are still needed for the Lighted Christmas Parade on November 26 at 6 p.m. The parade will officially welcome Santa to Carmi. Entry forms are available by visiting whitecountychristmas.com or calling the Chamber office at 618-382-7606.
