Freshmen High Achiever Scholarship Recipients at Southeastern Illinois College were honored with a private luncheon with SIC President Dr. Jonah Rice and SIC Foundation Chair David Port on Aug. 25. These students are the top academic scholars from their high schools and will be participating in a variety of community service projects as part of the high achiever scholarships.
