Just after 11 Thursday morning, Carmi Police were dispatched to a domestic battery at the Coffee Shop in Carmi. In addition to Domestic Battery, 38 year old Chad Michael Carrow was wanted out of Wabash County on a Felony Warrant. Carrow remains behind bars at the White County Jail with $3,000 required for his bail.
