A Crossville man was arrested by the White County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday night after he refused to leave a family gathering.
48 year old Daniel Browning was taken into custody at 9:41pm after being charged with disorderly conduct and was transported to the White County Jail, where he was released after posting a $1500 bond. However, following his release, the original caller notified deputies that Browning had returned.
When officers arrived a second time, Browning and another individual had already left the scene.
