The following individuals were arrested by the Mt. Carmel Police Department. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
02/17/2016, Mt. Carmel Police Department served an arrest warrant on 33 year old Curt E. Dill of Mt. Carmel. Dill was located in the 200 block of Mulberry Street in Mt. Carmel. Dill is accused of striking Timothy W. Morrison and Jeramie D. Martin in an altercation that occurred on February 1 at the Morrison residence. Police were able to obtain an arrest warrant for Dill and executed the warrant early this morning. Dill was transported to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of bond.
02/16/2016, Mt. Carmel Police arrested 26 year old Michael T. Dardeen of Mt. Carmel after he was observed operating a motor vehicle. The arresting officer knew Dardeen was wanted on a driving while license is suspended citation. Dardeen was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was later released after posting $500.00 cash bond.
On 02/15/2016, Mt. Carmel Police arrested 39 year old Richard H. Perry III of Mt. Carmel. Perry was arrested after it is alleged he violated an order of protection. Perry was located and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he is awaiting a court appearance.
On 02/13/2016, Mt. Carmel Police executed a failure to appear warrant on 34 year old Patricia L. Windle of Mt. Carmel. Perry was observed at 2 Go’s Convenient Store by the arresting officer. Perry was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail.
