The City of Carmi is seeking a seasonal Pool Manager for the Carmi Municipal Pool.
The manager is responsible for scheduling lifeguards, after hour pool parties, coordinating with the swim team schedule and the day-to-day operation of the pool and concession stand while providing a safe swimming environment and clean facilities for the public. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and CPR, first aid and Lifeguard Certified.
Qualifications: – Must be certified in CPR, first aid and Lifeguarding – Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues – Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, including responding quickly and effectively in emergencies. – Excellent communication skills
