The Carmi-White County Baseball and Softball teams traveled to Flora yesterday afternoon, but Mother Nature ended any chances of games being played.
The Bulldogs were supposed to play a doubleheader, but the first game would be called off in the 4th inning due to rain. The game was tied 0-0.
The Lady Bulldogs were trailing 3-0 in the 4th inning of their game against the Wolfgals when the rain began.
Yesterday’s games will likely be rescheduled for a later date.
The Lady Bulldogs are scheduled to host Vienna this afternoon, they will then travel to Harrisburg tomorrow for a doubleheader against Harrisburg and Goreville.

The Carmi-White County Boys and Girls Track team hosted the CWC CoEd Open yesterday at Harrington-Jeffries Sports Complex.
Callie Winter finished in 1st Place in the Girls 400 Meter Race.
Jayde Albright finished in 1st Place in the Boys 400 Meter Race.
Makyla Seibers finished in 1st Place in the Girls 800 Meter Race.
Andrew Benham finished in 1st Place in the Boys 1600 Meter Race.
Ellie King, Quincy Acord, Andi Garner, and Riley Roark finished in 1st Place in the Girls 4×1 and 4×2 Relay Races.
Kale Wiggins, Dakota Brown, Noah Pollard, and Cooper Hill finished in 1st Place in the Boys 4×1 and 4×2 Relay Races.
Audrey Taylor, Norah Taylor, Andi Garner, and Makyla Seibers finished in 1st Place in the Girls 4×4 Relay Race.
Callie Acord, Gabbie Conover, Makyla Seibers, and Ally Pollard finished in 1st Place in the Girls 4×8 Relay Race.
Torrie Rider placed 1st in Shot Put.
Ashlyn Rager placed 1st in Discus with a CWCHS Girls record-breaking throw of 116’5”.
