
The Carmi-White County Softball team defeated Flora Tuesday afternoon by a final score of 7-1.
Lindsay Simmons picked up the win for the Lady Bulldogs, allowing just 1 run on 1 hit and 3 walks with 7 strikeouts.

Mia Evans went 2-for-3 with an RBI.
Caroline Simmons went 1-for-3 with a run scored.
Eva Attebury went 1-for-3 with a run scored.
Torrie Rider went 3-for-3 with 2 RBI and 2 runs scored.

Ashlyn Rager went 1-for-3 with a 2-run home run, the first of her career.
The Lady Bulldogs improve to 4-4 on the year and 1-0 in the Black Diamond Conference. Carmi will travel to Flora on Thursday, they will then host Vienna on Friday before traveling to Goreville on Saturday for a doubleheader.
