The Carmi-White County Softball team lost to Crab Orchard on the road yesterday afternoon by a final score of 7-1.
Addi Elliott, Alayna Johnson, Caroline Simmons, and Eva Attebury all picked up base hits in the loss.
The Lady Bulldogs fall to 3-4 on the year. They will host Flora this afternoon at Archie Brown Field. Fans can listen to today’s game on 97.3 FM WRUL. First pitch is set for 4:30 PM.
The Carmi-White County Boys Tennis team fell to Centralia on the road yesterday by a final score of 9-0. The Bulldogs did however win the JV match, 9-4. The Boys Tennis team will travel to Mt. Carmel on Monday.
The Carmi-White County Baseball team was scheduled to host Flora this afternoon at Eckerle Park, but that game has been canceled due to flooding from this last week’s storms. The Bulldogs will now play a doubleheader at Flora on Thursday to make up for today’s cancellation. Wednesday’s game vs Mt. Vernon (IN) has also been canceled.
The Carmi-White County Boys Track team will run in their first meet of the season this afternoon as they travel to DuQuoin.
