Carmi Police made two arrests over the weekend. However, the individuals were later released on Notice to Appear.
On February 21st, Carmi officers noticed 23-year-old Isaac Anderson of Norris City driving by, but they knew Anderson had a revoked license. Officers initiated a stop and arrested him for Driving While License Revoked and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle by a Driver.
Then, Poseyville resident, 27-year-old Justin Rhodes, was pulled over on February 23rd for Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle.
