Carr Cited for Cannabis

Carmi Police conducted a traffic stop on January 13th where they cited 30-year-old Elsie Carr with Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle by a Driver.

Carr was given a Notice to Appear citation, and a court date of February 18th was issued.
