Nicholas Tibbs, of Eldorado, was charged with Theft of a Firearm, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Felon in Possession of a Weapon. All are class 3 felonies.
A preliminary hearing was set for January 8th at the Hamilton County Courthouse.
Chase Johnson, of West Frankfort, was charged with Violation of an Order of Protection and his first advisement is set for January 8th.
