A 19 year old Carmi woman, Morgan Ellen Wall, was arrested early Saturday morning by Carmi Police for DUI on private property after she was located sitting in her vehicle with it running on the lot of Trinity Assembly of God Church. Wall exhibited signs of impairment. She bonded out on $100 cash.
