37 year old Jackie McKinney of Mt. Carmel was sentenced Tuesday in Edwards County Court to a total of 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by 1 year of Mandatory Supervised Release. McKinney pled guilty to a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine.
