(Franklin County, IL) — A Kentucky man is facing charges after officer say he drove to Illinois to abuse a child. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Jacob Ebsersol traveled to Illinois to have sexual conduct with a minor child. Authorities say he eventually took the child back to Kentucky, where they were found. The child was returned to the family by Kentucky State Police.
