White County Sheriff’s Office Responds To Theft And Burglary Friday

The White County Sheriff’s Office received a report Friday morning from Christine L. Pardue of Crossville in reference to a theft and burglary. She told Officers someone had broken into her residence at 1936 N. 1935 East in Crossville. Windows were busted out and several items were missing. Among the stolen items is a yellow 2002 Polaris Sportsman 400 4 Wheeler, a single axle tilt bed flatbed trailer approximately 5 X8 or 6X12, a Clayborn Western Saddle, a pony saddle, a large tub of tack for horses, deer stands, and power tools. Multiple items were moved inside the residence as if someone was looking for something. The Illinois State Police Crime Scene was called to the scene to take fingerprints.
