Grayville Police also found 23 year old Randy Foster downtown at the Grayville Days festival Friday night. He was wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant out of Edwards County. Once advised of his warrant, Foster was taken into custody and taken to the Grayville Police Department. He posted bond while there with an Edwards County Deputy.
