62 year old Michael Allen of Second Street in Carmi is out on bond but due back in court on September 19th following his warrant arrest by Carmi Police Monday evening. It was about 10 minutes before 8pm when Carmi Police found Allen near the intersection Main Cross and Shockaw Street. His warrant, according to Carmi Police, is for battery and disorderly conduct. Allen bonded out to $150 cash and $20 booking fee less than a half hour later. Online court records show the original offense occurred July 10th. The warrant was issued on July 22nd.
