Hamilton County Court News

In Hamilton County court this week, Keith Redmon and Desiree Dunning, who were charged back on August 5th for Unlawful Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, were due in front of Judge Vaughan.  Redmon appeared in court Thursday at a preliminary hearing where probable cause was found.  Dunning’s case was reset.  Both remain behind bars in the White County Jail.

Nathan Irby, the McLeansboro man who was arrested for Domestic Battery and Possession of Meth in late July and then arrested for Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding had a preliminary hearing.  Irby’s next court date isn’t until November 21st, according to State’s Attorney Justin Hood.

Also from Hamilton County court, Kendall Nalley of Pittsburg plead out at the beginning of the month.  Nalley had been sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 4 years with 2 years parole to follow on a burglary case.  She was originally sentenced to probation but was later found in violation and re sentenced.
