Stay Positive Stay Aggressive Donates $22,000 to Locals

Since it’s founding in June of 2014 and including money just gifted, Stay Positive Stay Aggressive, a Kentucky based non profit with roots in Carmi, has now given away more than $120,000 to provide direct financial assistance to families that need assistance due to disease.  As the website puts it, “no gimmicks, no frills – just assistance to folks who need it”…Stay Positive Stay Aggressive, created by Jade Mitchell just this last weekend provided $22,000 total spread amongst 3 entities.

Amy Whetstone and Kayla Sutton were each recipients of $8,000 checks while SPSA bestowed $6,000 to the Carmi White County Unit 5 After School Program.  The money was raised during SPSA’s 5th annual Charity Golf Scramble at the Carmi Country Club in May.  In addition to via various events, donations are accepted at the group’s website, https://www.staypositivestayaggressive.com.
