Whippoorwill Rodeo
Grab your cowboy hats and boots and plan on being in McLeansboro Saturday night (june22) for the Whippoorwill Rodeo.
The rodeo will get at 7 at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds. There will be bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, cowgirls breakaway, roping, team roping, steer wrestling, barrel racing and bull riding…in other words, all the events that make a rodeo great.
Tickets will be $15 and can be purchased at the gate Saturday night. Children six and under will be admitted free.
There will be plenty to eat, as French fries, cheese fries, nacho & cheese, barbecue nachos, hamburgers, porkburgers, corn dogs, hot dogs and chips will be available, along with soda and alcohol.
By the way, no coolers will be allowed.
