Unit Five Close Session Results
The Carmi White County Unit Five School Board covered several items, mainly related to employment following it’s closed session held Monday night after the regular school board meeting.
Rhett Vaughan was employed as special ed teacher at Brownsville Attendance Center; Todd Haley was employed as a part time junior senior high school dean of students and part time high school teacher.
Kim Anderson was reassigned from a bus driver ,bus aide to a special education bus driver to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Jonathan Goemat.
Kelsey Rankin was hired as junior high school assistant softball coach and Robin Mick was hired as a first grade teacher at Lincoln Attendance Center.
Whitney Pearce was employed as an Elementary RTL interventionist at Jefferson Attendance Center.
Other matters covered during the closed session dealt with closed session minutes and recordings as a matter of routine.
