Scotch Doubles Tournament
You fancy yourself a bonafide pool shark on caliber with the legendary Minnesota Fats, then you will want to sign up for the Scotch Doubles Pool Tournament at the Carmi VFW Post 3851 this weekend.
Even if you are not on caliber with some of the great pool players, you are invited to participate in the doubles tournament to be played this Saturday, May 11.
Registration will run from 10:30 until 11:30 Saturday morning with play to begin at noon. Doors will open at ten.
There is a $25 per person sign up fee, with the prize payout being 50 percent of the registration. Up to 16 scotch doubles teams are expected.
