Fifth Graders Thank Local Law Enforcement.
Mrs. Ackerman’s Carmi White County Fifth Grade Class recently visited the City County Jail here in Carmi and took along a number of items.
The trip and items were all part of a giant Thank You to local law enforcement, including police, deputies, dispatchers and corrections personnel.
The class presented Carmi Chief of Police Jason Carter with a giant thank you card in appreciation of all the “hard work” of the local police.
