HAMILTON MEMORIAL CARMI FAMILY CLINIC WELCOMES NEW PROVIDER
Hamilton Memorial Carmi Family Clinic is pleased to welcome Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Danielle Baker.
Danielle completed her LPN and RN degrees at Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg Illinois. She then worked as a RN at Harrisburg Medical Center for 7 years as she continued with her education. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing in St. Louis, MO, and then went on to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, where she graduated third in her class.
Danielle come to Carmi Family Clinic from Herrin Hospital where she worked on the Acute Rehabilitation Unit, and in the Physicians Rehabilitation Services Clinic. Danielle is a native of Harrisburg, Illinois where she resides with her husband, Jeff; stepsons, Boyd and Ethan; and their three rescue dogs.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, working out, reading, making crafts, and taking weekend get-aways to cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals. At the Carmi Family Clinic,
Danielle’s practice will include a full range of family medicine such as well child visits, well women visits, laceration treatment, and minor procedures. Danielle will begin seeing patients starting February 11th .
