Fairfield Hospital Names Employee of the Month
Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors employees monthly for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside the hospital.
In July, Morgan McCoy, Diagnostic Imaging Secretary, was selected as the January Employee of the Month. Morgan has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since July of 2017. Morgan is someone that patients don’t always see but she is behind the scenes helping to ensure that their radiology appointments are scheduled and that pre-certs are taken care of before you arrive for your exam. She does her job with a smile and a willingness to help out wherever she is needed.
“Morgan is an outstanding asset to the Diagnostic Imaging Department and the hospital. Morgan works hard to do her best and strives for others around her to do their best as well. Many times Morgan will talk through situations with me and give her ideas on situations to help come up with a better solution. Morgan willingly takes on more work to get the job done.” stated Kyla Borcherding, Diagnostic Imaging Director.

Morgan comes to work with a contagious positive energy about her that motivates the people around her. She works hard and does her job with preciseness.” stated FMH CEO, Katherine Bunting-Williams.
