Parking Lot Donuts Lead to Arrest
If you’re going to do doughnuts in the snow, you might not want to do them on the Wal-Mart parking lot.
Doing so, cost a Salem ,Illinois man $150 Sunday night after he was arrested on a charge of reckless driving.
According to Carmi Chief of Police Jason Carter, William Scott South, 29, of Salem was arrested shortly before 6 Sunday evening. The arrest followed a prolonged investigation about a silver Jeep doing doughnuts in the Wal-Mart parking lot.
South posted $150 bond and a $20 booking fee prior to being released from custody.
