Tax Sale Coming Up
In a press release from Edwardsville, Illinois, the White County Real Estate Tax sale is coming up.
The release stated that tax deed proceedings on real estate properties that were delinquent for 2014 and prior real estate taxes will be offered for sale. There will be approximately 60 items offered through a sealed bid auction. All sealed bids must be in the White County Treasurer’s office , no later than the close of business November 2.
The sale of the lots will benefit both taxing districts and neighboring property owners.
The required minimum bid is $815 per items. All items will be sold to the highest sealed bid received on or before the Nov. 2 deadline. Complete bidder’s packets and sale catalogs are available at the White County Treasurer’s Office or online at iltaxsale.com
