Grayville Council Meetings
The Grayville City Council will meet Monday night, a week earlier than normal, but a change approved at the last Grayville Council meeting.
The meeting will begin at 7 with an executive session to further discuss an issue within the Utilities Department.
Following the closed door session, the board is expected to take action related to the discussion of employees of the Utilities Department.
A representative of Botsch and Associates will be at the meeting to present the 2018 Audit, which the board will be asked to approve, along with approval of the annual Treasurer’s Report.
Silver Street will be revisited, once again in relation to a request to vacate of portion of the street. That has led to a request to vacate a portion of High Street as well.
The commissioner’s will also be asked about property near the sewer lagoon.
The sale of excess property, along with discussion of the Capital One Commercial Card program and a truck purchase for the sewer department will be covered.
And the board will be asked to approve the Christmas Parade permit.
Tuesday afternoon, the commissioners will met in a special session to look at proposals for insurance, including general liability, property, auto, inland, marine and workmen’s compensation for January 1, 2019 through Dec. 31, 2019.
