2. WRUL-FM /WROY-AM participate in local events and festivals, distribute information about itself

and employment opportunities. Examples of such local events and festivals are the White

County Fair, Corn Days Festival and annual Relay for Life. We also take the opportunity to

speak at Career Day events at local and regional high schools.
3. As part of Withers Broadcasting, we have a network of professionals we can use as a recruitment

source. We make employees of our sister stations aware when we have a vacancy, in effect

creating a regional in house recruitment agency.
4. On the job training. WRUL-FM and WROY-AM provide on the job training to enhance the skills of         it’s employees. Our practices include hiring part time employees, training and working with

them to enhance their skills and abilities. We then encourage them to apply for full time

positions when they come open.  We also encourage and offer internships to high school and

college age students during the summer and winter months with the hope that through

exposure to the field, we can assess if they have an interest and the potential skills to fulfill

open positions at a later time.

5. Participated with SESAC and the International Idea Bank in awarding a college scholarship.

and get more diverse employment recruitment. Date: January 16, 2015 – January 18, 2015

and May 18, 2015 – May 20, 2015.

8. Spoke with Boy Scouts about future radio careers on November 14, 2014 and gave them a tour of

            the station.

9.  Spoke with 4H members about future radio careers on March 17, 2015 and gave them a tour of

the station.

During the review, suggestions are asked for on how we can improve our EEO Program. During review, we look for any problems in our program and how, if any are found, we can correct them.
